Trimming Out Complete
July 13th, 2010We finished trimming out the Ouray Brewery today. Now onto touch-up painting. Another week and we should have things wrapped up inside. We are planning on opening in the first week of August. Jeff will be brewing beer this week and Kip and Sid are working diligently to get the restaurant and kitchen together pre-opening.
