Cascade Creek Rye Ale – A pale amber ale brewed with 25% German malted rye for a distinct, spicy, “ryeness” which smoothes out the mouth feel while  not interfering with the distinct citrus flavor of the American Hops. Caramel malts add to the flavor and color while providing a medium-light body. It finishes dry and crisp.
